Our Philosophy
Savvy Audiology is driven by passion and determination to bring about a positive change in the way hearing loss is perceived and managed in society. Our ultimate aim is to promote person and family centred care through education and transparent communication so that optimal hearing health is on everyone’s agenda.
Our Story
Savvy Audiology provides a transparent channel of communication among patient, carer, audiologist, hearing/implant clinic, nursing home and school. Our aim is to promote person and family centred care in our most vulnerable populations – the elderly and children. To achieve this, we prioritise the individual needs of the hearing impaired person and provide a platform which encourages the sharing of knowledge between all those in his/her support network.

SEQ Comprehensive Cancer Initiative
We are proud and excited to launch the SEQ Comprehensive Cancer Initiative. Gina has been studying tirelessly since her own cancer diagnosis in early 2023, working right through active treatment to complete her studies achieving First Class Honours. She is passionate about improving access to patient-centred, holistic healthcare in rural and regional Queensland, ensuring patients are empowered to make informed decisions. Her dedication to improving her medical knowledge regarding cancer pathology, cancer diagnostics, cancer therapeutics, cancer research and supportive and palliative care, is testament to what she hopes to achieve. She has a particular interest in early-stage breast cancer. The SEQ Comprehensive Cancer Initiative aims to positively influence cancer patient communication skills, at any time from diagnosis and beyond. We wish to improve outcomes for cancer patients by helping the patient and the cancer physician. If the patient feels sufficiently educated and prepared for their specialist appointment, the limitied consultation time will result in better outcomes for all involved. SEQ Comprehensive Cancer Initiative hopes to support all medical practices to optimise health literacy and time management, both perinent aspects of cancer care.
